Level almost perfect (high neck) and cork perfect. Pronounced amber edge but still a good depth of red. Nose a touch musty initially (this wasn’t decanted) but as it warms and airs this recedes allowing delicate black fruit aromas to come though (blackcurrant) as well as florals (violets) and some lovely mushroom and meat notes. … Continue reading
